Special Session of ITU/UNESCO Broadband Comission for Digital Development, held during the World Economic Forum in  2015-2016

The Special Sessions of the ITU/UNESCO Broadband for Digital Development form a platform to create actions and policies that will lead to more investments in broadband technology. Reagent helped organise the annual special sessions in Davos, Switzerland in 2015 and 2016.

The 2016 meeting was entitled “Working Together to Connect the World by 2020: Reinforcing Connectivity Initiatives for Universal and Affordable Access”. We brought together leading figures from government, industry and the finance sector, to debate key challenges to mobilising investment for building out broadband infrastructure in underserved communities.
