Development of cheese production project in Russia, brand and technology consultation through swiss cheesemakers network.

The project launched in November 2018 and will last through several years, varying in complexity of strategic consultations and support. BIG will support ZAO Rassvet in bringing authentic Alpine cheesemaking culture and know-how to Eurasia. The project entitles consultation by swiss experts on the whole complexity related to production of swiss cheeses, including pastural technology, technical producers support and branding The ultimate goal of consultancy is to lead the process with AOP members to be included in the global cheese family.
